Danielle Mariott was the first artist Stolen & Escaped Gallery ever showed. She headlined our grand opening back in June of 2010 with an amazing exhibit of paintings and drawings. Since then she has contributed paintings, drawings, photos, and video to several different shows, both group and solo. She is one of my favorite artists in Salt Lake City and it seems only fitting that she should headline the last exhibit at Stolen & Escaped Gallery.
S&E will be closing at the end of February. We’d like to thank everyone, both artist and spectator, for supporting us over the last two years. We’ve loved running our upstart basement gallery, but the time has come to start working on some new projects.
Please join us this this Friday January 20th from 6-9pm for the opening reception of Scapes, a solo photography exhibit by Danielle Mariott. The show will run through February 11th.
